Oaks at Jane Lane Apartments

Shout out to Anita of Oaks at Jane Lane. Best Community Manager EVER!!! First, I was given my tour, Anita made sure to show me amenities on site. I didn't feel rushed, and Anita every now and then would ask if I had any questions. If I did rest assured I left with none unanswered! Anita was professional the whole time and made me feel comfortable during the WHOLE process. If I had a question that was sent in a email she would respond in a timely manner. She was up front about everything and explained all fees and cost, I highly appreciated this because sometimes there are hidden fees we don't know about as a resident or we don't understand what is in front of us. I'm a Vet so things are a little different in this apartment life, like valet trash ( not a fan!) To that Anita gave me a map so

I formalized the renewal of my lease with Ms. Anita within the established timeframe, as is customary annually. However, inconsistencies were detected in the initial management. After a second signing, high monthly charges persisted. Upon her return, Ms. Elizabeth resolved this situation effectively. Her diligence and proactive communication to ensure compliance have been exceptional. Therefore, I will proceed with the renewal of our lease with complete confidence. We thank Ms. Elizabeth for her return and, like most residents, consider her an outstanding manager. We encourage her to maintain her excellent performance; we greatly value her work. We appreciate you.

I came to do a tour and the Manager Anita was very helpful. She answered all my questions she was very honest & clear from the beginning to the end she was Amazing! I toured two apartments and she did a fantastic Job and explaining what all is provided.The apartments are Great they have a beautiful pool and a playground for my kids to play and enjoy during the summer they even have a basketball court witch my kids LOOOVED 🥰Looking forward to moving in and submitting my application thanks Anita!

Anita is very understanding and gets straight to the point, she makes it so much easier than it is, well at least for me I 100 percent recommend checking these apartments out, I’m so ready to start enjoying my new&1st home!!
