nice, quiet area, kind and outgoing neighbors that welcomed us, only problem is ROMINA. Romina has been extremely negligent to us ever since handing us the key. She can’t put in maintenance orders for us properly and the ones she does put in get fixed very half assed and not properly, other tenants in the complex have expressed their concerns and dislikes for Romina. Romina Also never gave us the car registration slip and our car was towed after us parking it in the parking lot for a month and we had to pay over $200 to get it out, Luckily, that was taken off of our rent, but not thanks to Romina. If Romina were to be let go and the complex were to find another maintenance man or just get these problems figured out it would be a great a top-tier complex with no problems whatsoever.

Gretal is easy to connect with and responds in a timely manner about any work orders or questions I have. Apartments are nice and quiet. Small well kept community with ongoing improvements and amenities!

Gretel was absolutely amazing! She was very professional, friendly and quick to address all my concerns and answered all my questions. It is clear she genuinely cares about her residents and the property. Will definitely recommend to my friends.
