Customer Reviews
I am so frustrated with the management company. I have lived in the complex for four years, for three of those it was wonderful. It felt like a great value to live in a quiet, safe place. At the time they even had a connect to a resident text service where three different applicants choose to move in on my recommendation. I would not recommend this place now. When the new management took over I chalked a lot up to growing pains and didn't say much until it came time to renew my lease. At that time I was told all the additional fees to my apartment would be going up despite what I would definitely say has been a reduction of services. After several days of trying to talk to someone in person and being told the manager would call me back, I finally spoke with her and had the confidence that
This is gonna be a long one. I have been a tenant year for nearly two years. Everything was great when we first moved in, literally zero complaints. Then the property was sold and it went down hill from there. The office staff changes too frequently, to the point I don’t even know who to contact anymore and it’s impossible to build a relationship. When Kyra was the manager it started to feel better, she prioritized our concerns and actually communicated. It looks like Kyra has left and now there’s a new manager. I have been trying to contact the manager for 3 weeks and nothing. Since the new owners took over we have had our valet trash company changed like four times. This new company they’ve settled on is awful. Our trash is never picked up consistently, there’s only supposed to be one
I have lived on this property three separate times over the years, and unfortunately this has been the most frustrating experience so far due to constant management and ownership changes. To be fair, Alex and Jacob have both been communicative and professional in conversations. Alyssa was patient and also took the time to break down everything to me. My frustration is not personal toward them, it’s with the policies and pricing structure under the current management company. (CAF) When I renewed my lease (as an existing tenant, not a new resident), my total monthly cost increased from a little over $1,300 to now over $1,500 due to added fees. Here is the breakdown of new or increased charges: • Trash increased from $25 to $35 + an additional $3 admin fee, so $38 • Pest control: now $9 •
Changing my review. This place is horrible. The maintenance team doesn’t fix anything. The list of things that we have had to have fixed since we moved in in August, five days after we moved in the fridge stopped working, ruined $300 worth of food, the maintenance guy (Steven) came out and said oh it’s because you’re over stuffing the freezer. Steven honestly was quite rude talks over me and tries to blame anything that goes wrong in an apartment on the tenants. He moved our stuff around and left. Next day the fridge was still not working went and talked to Sharla about it was told they will send someone out there was told again it’s over stuffed, then it starts leaking and defrosting down into the fridge part. They sent Richard out and Richard fixed it. The fridge was lopsided so he set i
⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star — Beware of Excessive Fees & Poor Management I would not recommend living at this apartment complex. Since the new management and ownership took over, they have shown little willingness to work with residents. Management staff, including Alyssa and Alex, have been especially unhelpful and inconsistent when addressing resident concerns. If you’re unable to pay rent on time — even when you reach out immediately to make arrangements — they issue a $75 eviction notice. The office manager may say late payments are allowed, but then your account gets blocked online, forcing you to use alternative payment methods like credit card, debit card, or MoneyGram, which come with additional processing fees. On top of that, extra charges are added (sometimes around 10% of your rent), and by t
