after being a homeowner for so long and deciding to go back to apartment living, we really didn’t know where to start looking! Georgia and her team made me feel like home the moment i walked into the office! from the initial phone call to inquire to signing our lease, we felt like we belonged! one of the best decisions we made! so so happy to call oak tree home!

Angelica at Oak Tree Apartments was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly about renting an apartment room, making sure all questions were answered and nothing was confusing. Her friendly attitude and professionalism stood out, and it’s clear she is very nice and truly dedicated to her job.

I’ve had a good experience living at Oak Tree Apartments. Georgia does a great job managing the property and is always professional and helpful when something comes up. Myles and the maintenance crew also deserve a lot of credit—they’re responsive, hardworking, and keep everything running smoothly. Overall, it’s been a well-maintained place to live with a staff that actually cares.

Lived here as a military spouse for a year. One of the best places in Kingsville to live. Every problem we had was fixed promptly and professionally. Huge shoutout to Miles, and his team with Brandon and Anthony. You always see them working hard around the complex and they are always available for questions. The only negative aspect has been the addition of a few nonnegotiable fees since we moved in.
