My family has been here almost a year. We have been taken care of from the beginning. The staff here are kind, loving and love their job. They work so well and we can trust them. We feel safe and taken care of but most importantly we feel heard. Tonight they put on a little get together what a beautiful way to get to know one another. It was a beautiful evening. They put their heart and effort to make us feel special. We love living here. Thank you to their staff and property manager such a wonderful lady. She has always made it apparent she cares for us. The apartments are beautiful inside and out. Best place to live at in Kingsville.
Staying here in the Kingsman Apartments is and has been a great and welcoming experience. This was my very first apartment away from home and everyone here made everything easy for me to understand. People like Miss Jenny and especially Miss Laura have made this place become a home. I would definitely recommend family and friends to stay.
Kingsman has been a dream come true, me and my girlfriend found the perfect spot for us and our cats! The complex is very cat and animal friendly, people too! We live such a comfortable life here!
Have been moved in for almost 5 months now, and this place has been incredible!! Ms. Laura is such a sweet, helpful, and caring manager here at Kingsman! Since I came in for inquiries on t moving in to now 5 months in, this place has been nothing but incredible! There is community events and many resources to help you!
We had recently just moved to Kingsville, we started looking at apartments and we had driven by Kingsman apartment a couple times, but never really caught our eye until the very end, this apartment complex is so quiet so clean, they are making new upgrades from the inside out. I felt safe when I walked on this property. Their office team is truly amazing team. They are so kind and loving, and they are willing to help where they can. The end of the individual dual who has been helping me is Miss Laura and she is so amazing. We are getting ready to move in in about a week and we are so grateful for her.
