Elizabeth, a worker in the Leasing office is great! She is always kind and supper helpful when it came to looking for a place to rent out. She was willing to work with me and stay in touch! Hands down one of the best interaction I have had with housing apartment staff.

Great apartment complex, fast and responsive maintenance workers and the office staff make living here even better! They are constantly having events for tenants 10/10

The Leasing office is AWESOME. Both ladies are fantastic but specifically Jenny, she is truly phenomenal. She is super kind, always welcoming, and is always ready to help out with anything you may need. Any time I had an issue or a concern, Jenny was on top of it with a sense of urgency! I had been here for a good while & had about three different managements take over. When Jenny did, she was by far the best one out of them all. 5 stars from me!

I love living at the casa de Rey apt I have never had a problem with management and when I need something they are so kind and respectful

I've been a renter with Casas Del Rey since 2024 and will be until I have to buy a home or leave the Kingsville area. This establishment offers excellent service, are always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The management staff at Casas Del Rey are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live, especially Ms Montezuma and Ms Elizabeth which are truly two of the most professional and friendliest people I’ve had the pleasure of knowing. Every time I had a problem in my apartment, Ms Elizabeth would always make sure the issue was dealt with promptly. I really couldn’t ask for a better staff. Thank you.
