Oak Ridge Apartments

The day we moved in, a bed bug was just sitting on the bathroom sink in the master bedroom. Unfortunately at the time, I had no idea what a bed bug looked like so I hadn't said anything. Then when I saw another one I looked it up and saw what it was and when we called the leasing office they hadn't done anything about it because I quote "bedbugs don't usually come from the bathroom". Turns out our neighbors apartment was infested to the point they were crawling through the drains and vents into ours and they had known about it for about a months. We are dealing with roaches, and mice, and constantly spraying to remove bugs. We have been here for 4 years, and only recently have we been rid of bedbugs. Lost so many belongings because of the infestation. Do not move here.

A few years back under different management i had some issues but now management seems to be doing what they are there. The place seems like its better taken care of and important issues are taken care of as needed. My homie and his brother stay here and I enjoy visiting.

peter and tim were so nice and understanding never made me feel as if i was asking too much when they came to do repairs! i’m very happy with how everything came out! great people im very pleased.

STAY AWAY. These are the worst ran apartments. I have been a resident for 4 years. On time payments never late. I experienced a tough time and needed assistance with rent in some way or another. They WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU, and will act accordingly until your payment is final. Then it is all about how they decide to handle any and all situations. EXTREME BED BUG AND COCKROACH INFESTATIONS WITH TERRIBLE MAINTENENCE. I am getting out of here ASAP. STAY AWAY FROM THESE TERRIBLY RAN APARTMENTS. there is an apartment complex located across the street. They are cheaper look nicer and the staff will actually work with you. Hope this helps. OAKRIDGE IS THE WORST COMPANY

I had an absolute great moving experience at Oakridge. My leasing agent Maria, was really outstanding and I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you all!
