Oak Garden Apartments

Love the apartment complex, been here for almost 2 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else. Maintenance is great and time efficient and the property manager is communicative, respectful and friendly!

I’ve lived at OK Garden Apartments, and I can say with full confidence — this place has truly transformed since 2024. A new management company took over, and since then, things have only gotten better. They’ve made serious improvements: new toilets installed, water heaters replaced in many units, new shower heads — and everything is done fast and professionally. The complex is gated, all the entry points are secured, and it feels very safe. It's always clean, green, and well-maintained. The property manager actually lives on-site, and that makes a huge difference — they truly care and keep a close eye on everything. Every time I submitted a maintenance request, someone came right away. The response time is impressive. Overall, I give this place 6 stars out of 5. Big thanks to the team —

The new management at Oak Garden made my stay here an enjoyable one. Chris is gregarious, and the way he talks to you makes you feel like you're talking to a neighbor. When I see him and his beautiful family walk the property, I feel safe and even join them on occasion. Maintenance requests are handled swiftly and with plenty of communication.

Good apartments!! The current management is very kind and helpful. I’ve heard the previous owners were really bad, but I haven’t had a negative experience. Work orders get done when needed and maintenance is always nice. Rules are enforced as they should be and the pool is clean. No complaints from me.

As of 7/16/2022. Have not even rented the place and already experienced a horrible service. The manager (I think owner as well) rather have the place empty than being occupied with tenants that does not meet his standard. So glad he show his real-self before we submit any paper or exchange any money. Rent at your own risk. By just talking and getting thing situated is already bad. I can’t imagine living there. Praying for everyone going in.
