Oak Creek Apartments

I was inspired to leave the review because of the hasty and caring response from security over something that may seem small to others, but was scary to me. They were here quick with no questions asked and were super helpful. I see them driving around all the time too which def makes me feel safer. On top of that, the move in experience was great. People were super patient and very helpful. There was a leak in my apartment before I moved in and they fixed it same day. It’s a quiet community with nice neighbors and lots if cute dogs! I recommend

Moving here has been an amazing experience! The process was incredibly smooth, thanks to Tatiana, who went above and beyond to make everything seamless. I truly appreciate all of her help! The entire staff is extremely friendly, the community feels very safe, and my neighbors are all welcoming and kind. On top of that, the apartment is affordable and conveniently located near everything in metro Atlanta. I haven't had any issues with pest and maintenance team is swift when called. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to live here! Hop on before they fill up, guys!

Used to be great, slowly becoming awful. Moved here because we had a budget, (why else would anyone move here?), they put us in a unit that flooded for months and destroyed countless personal items, until Hurricane Helene submerged half of the entire unit in several inches of dirty water. They were "gracious" enough to offer us another unit, however much less upgraded and worse fixtures and features. Hey they knocked 20 WHOLE DOLLARS OFF so i guess evens out? Now they've begun outsourcing their maintenance, and in the middle of an unprecedented Spring Heat Wave, they refuse to even change a simple air filter. You can find better places for the same or cheaper.

It's pretty difficult to get your application accepted if you make your income primarily through tips. However, once you do get accepted, it's probably one of the best places I've lived. The rent is affordable and I love that the utilities are flat rate and that Google fiber is available here. The laundry card system is also great, especially now that we don't have to wait for the balance to roll over. Everything is maintained well, and it's peaceful. Yes there are palmetto bugs but, they spray for them regularly so if I do see them they're usually dead or dying. The maintenance is honestly the best I've ever had. Been living at Oak Creek since 2020. We love it here! It’s budget apartment homes so NO amenities. Not even the option to install your own washer/dryer units. HOWEVER, they do give you a laundry card which gives you 15 cycles a month at the laundry mat is on site. SO, with that being said, Oak Creek is a great choice for renters on a budget. Low rent with all utilities included for a relatively good price. We have a 2 bedroom renovated apartment on the third floor so we get a balcony, the apartment itself is spacious. It doesn't come with a microwave. The buildings are older but that’s reflected in the price. Also the roaches . It’s the south they’re everywhere. I have never had a problem with them in my unit. On occasion you’ll see them inside but if it ever gets to be a constant proble
