Lalita, in the front office, was wonderful. She was very sweet and accommodating. Unfortunately, the other office worker was extremely rude. The apartments have some issues, naturally, but nothing that couldn't be overlooked. The deal breaker was Lalita's coworker. The coworker seemed to be in a senior position and jumped into our conversation in a very confrontational way. I asked to see a blank copy of the lease so I could properly understand the terms and the coworker came out accusing me of making an unreasonable request. The coworker made me feel very uncomfortable and completely eroded my trust that maintenance issues and/or disputes would be handled professionally. Make sure to ask for a copy of the lease, including the lead based paint and asbestos disclosures, before applying.

Great apartment complex. Clean, well-kept grounds, and fast maintenance. Management is polite and professional.

this place is dirty, they don't care. its garbage on the floor every morning. I tell the leasing office and they dont care. when I moved in I had roach problems, once again the leasing office dont care. The HVAC in this place is horrible, I have my air on all day to come home to be hot

I just signed my 3rd lease renewal here at Avondale Reserve in Avondale Estates. I will say this complex has did a great job in turning things around, a complete 360°. Starting with hiring all new management and maintenance staff. The new Property Manager Kenyatta K. is incredible and very knowledgeable, she gets things done effective and efficiently. Avondale Reserve now completes work orders almost immediately. The Leasing office is Now always open, the new staff is not hiding in the office with blinds shut, trying to avoid us tenants. They keep the premises looking clean and tidy. The new manager has tenant activities, for our little community. They have also did a phenomenal job with the landscaping revamp, including making a dog park play area out of dead space. Thanks Mrs/Ms. K. Kimb
