Oak Brook Apartments

This is a great apartment complex! I recent purchased a washer and dryer so I asked Heather if it was possible for her maintenance team to assist in getting everything set up. Not only did they get this done on the same day, they noticed that my dryer had the incorrect cord for the wall socket. They went ahead and changed the cord for me, and also attached a vent duct. I never asked them to do this, they just went above and beyond for their tenant. Thank you!

Lived here for two years and I have nothing but positive things to say! Only reason I moved was to accept a new job offer. The staff is amazing from the leasing office to the maintenance people. The neighborhood is quiet and anytime I had a concern it was addressed. It’s in a great location in Goldsboro and I recommend staying here!
