Once again, I find myself meeting John Gavares from New York appraisals again. Just like the last time, he was extremely professional, on time and Had A great knowledge of the values of properties in the areas that he’s appraising. I offered him four comparable sales and he politely told me that he did not need them that he had all that he needed and a quick not only did he have three out of four he had a half a dozen more. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while for the appraiser to do his or her job . If the appraiser is slow, it will definitely hold things up, not this one.. The commitment was issued at full value and that makes my life a lot easier. Thank you, John. Keep up the good work..
