Do not rent buy or for that matter squat in any piece of real estate managed by this company They are not competent do not balance books properly and speak out of turn before facts are determined BAD NEWS Do not respond to owners if ever in a timely matter even in the event of emergencies

I requested a form so I could pay my common charges automatically through my bank. Never received the form (this was at least 2 months ago). I called and spoke with Bonnie. Very unprofessional and rude. Should not have a job where she has to speak to people. Useless in her position.

I cannot say enough good things about Lion's Gate. They are always such a pleasure to deal with. Specifically Linda, she is always helpful and easy to work with.

Joe the property manager is unprofessional and harasses tenants on a regular basis. Management company is very unhelpful when it comes to concerns around complex.
