Recently I noticed a small hole in my ceiling inside my guest closet. I reported the incident to J&J Management along with a photo of the hole. In addition, while watering my plants I noticed a wasp nest on top of the frame of my house. Again, I took a photo and reported to J&J. In less than a week my home was inspected to check the hole on my ceiling inside my closet. The contractor informed me that he will inspect my roof and will send a report to management. Within a short period of time, I was notified by James from J&J Management informing me that the roofers have been scheduled to repair my roof. Last week the roofers arrived around 8:00 am and by 2:00 pm all work completed and a new roof installed. They did a beautiful job and left my property clean. In addition, the wasp n

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the communication practices of J&J Management Services. The individual responsible for sending emails has demonstrated a consistently unprofessional and, frankly, rude demeanor. I possess numerous screenshots documenting their unwarranted and inappropriate communications. Following a two-month period of non-payment, precipitated by an unexpected HOA fee increase from $800 to $2800, I was threatened with a lien on my property, with demands for immediate payment. I strongly advise others to avoid J&J Management Services; I cannot offer any positive feedback regarding my experience with them.

J&J Management Services is doing a great job as our new property management service. I was having a problem with something and after notifying them on their portal, they sent someone to me in record time to get it resolved. The person they sent was great, knowledgeable and very courteous. Highly recommend!

I appreciate the extremely response that I received in regards to a problem on grounds with the sprinkler system. All parties within J&J acted promptly, professionally and completed the repair very quickly. Thank you for the great service in this matter.
