NVHomes at Greystone Luxury Singles

Creaky floors and broken tiles throughout our “Executive” NV home in Greystone. Foyer flooded the morning of our closing which was a lovely phone call on an exciting day. All second floor floors creak tremendously and tiles have cracked in 2 bathrooms and laundry room. All converns dismissed as “settling” until warranty expires. Owned prior nee construction home at much lower price point - significantly better quality than this home. would never consider another NV home ever. Avoid.
