One of the worst management teams I have ever seen I have been living here, constantly looking forward to the day my lease ends so I can get out of this cesspool of a place. Let me point out a few things (I wish it were few) that make the conditions living here unbearable - 1. There is a severe and persistent roach infestation throughout the apartment complex. 2. Despite multiple pest control treatments, the situation remains hopeless. Whoever is providing the service is either looting the leasing office with their subpar service, or the leasing office has purposely chosen them to inflict maximum problems on the tenants. 3. Disgusting Living Conditions – Roach Infestation and Useless Management! Living here has been a nightmare. This apartment is severely infested with roaches, and despite multiple rounds of pest control, the problem never goes away. Every week, residents are forced to remove every single item from the kitchen and bathroom just so pest control can spray – and yet the roaches keep coming back. This has been happening since last 3 years with no outcome. It’s physically and mentally exhausting to go through this routine with no results. Pros: Cheap. Cons: My experience in Nutwood East Apartments has been THE WORST time of my life. That whole apartment is infested with roaches and they blame the residents for not keeping their room clean. Management has been no less than supportive in any situation. Never think they are your friends. I would strongly advise to pay couple of hundred dollars more and look for other apartments.

I lived at Nutwood East Apartments for 3 years out of pure necessity. I never want to live there again. The roaches were everywhere, the trash bins outside were always full of maggots, my car got broken into TWICE, our ground floor apartment flooded with sewage THREE TIMES. I'm not talking just a small bathroom leak, I'm talking it got all over the carpet in common areas beyond the bathroom. They had to replace the carpet but never replaced the wood furnishings in there so they became waterlogged and moldy. They also shut off the water at LEAST once a month for several hours when people are getting ready for school or work and may need the water to shower or make coffee. Horrible Living Conditions and Unresponsive Management I’ve had the worst experience at Nutwood Apartments, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Yesterday, sewage from the upstairs apartment and the main drainage line backed up into my bathroom. Yes, actual sewage flooded my apartment. I immediately put in an emergency request, called twice, and made another request, but maintenance took over an hour to arrive. In the meantime, the situation got worse. At one point, they even asked me to tell the upstairs residents to stop using their bathroom—completely unprofessional. The apartment was flooded with disgusting water, which ruined several of my belongings. It’s worth noting this isn’t an isolated incident—just two weeks ago, a neighboring apartment had the exact same issue. Cl
