They turn the hot water off and don’t even tell you. You could be showering with warm water and out of no where it gets BOILING HOT. Burned my back a few times. Go rent somewhere else. You can tell there’s roaches here bc they never cleaned up the dead ones. Restroom has mold. The tub was painted with the wrong paint so it stated chipping. No AC NO HEATER, bad lighting, over priced (we pay 1,260) only 3 windows in the whole apartment so who ever said we had great lighting here is a liar lmao

I recently moved into this apartment and overall, it has been a great experience. The unit itself is spacious and well-maintained, and with plenty of natural light. The layout is practical, making it easy to organize furniture and feel comfortable. And also love the helpful lady Monica

Great service from the lady at the office Monica it's her name very helpful and works with you to try and get you a place to live the property it's always clean and peaceful

Only giving one ⭐ because I can't give a negative. This place is a dump I live there for many years they had rats roaches black mold they never fixed anything. I lived there many years and never once was ever late on my rent even during covid and I was late two days and they wanted to kick me out. They've cleaned up the parking lot and tried to spruce up the outside but it's still very ghetto the plumbing is really jacked up our apartment flooded several times. Outside our front door was raw sewage running more times than I can count. We didn't have air conditioning or hot water all summer called the city many times with complaints they still never did anything minus five stars. Very ghetto would not recommend

please don’t ever consider moving into these apartments, they suck, maintenance sucks ! i’ve been having an issue with water leaking in my bathroom for over a month now & maintenance never stops by to fix it. this is currently how my bathroom looks like. ROACH INFESTED APARTMENTS, THEY LEAVE US WITH NO HOT WATER ESPECIALLY DURING THE WEEKEND WHEN WE CANT GO COMPLAIN TO THEM
