Nova Glen

Even though I didn't end up renting the unit at Nova Glen (timing issues on my end), I have to compliment Jennifer on her professionalism, helpfulness, and friendly communication. 100% the best experience I've had with a property management professional since my mom retired from the business! When the time comes for me to move to a bigger space, Nova Glen will be at the top of my list because of Jennifer!

The leasing agent was new and didn’t collect a security deposit to move in and after she realized her mistake she reached out to the tenant and DEMANDED it to be paid 2 days before Christmas. We told them we could have the deposit and Januarys rent on January first and they weren’t accommodating or understanding that it was the holidays. Then we said that’s fine we are willing to leave and had the nerve to attempt and say that we would be responsible for breaking the lease and that we had to pay 2 months rents otherwise it would go to collections. Luckily the property manager handled the situation accordingly and didn’t charge us anything and let us move out with only responsibility for damages to the unit. The reason I will keep it 1 star is because the leasing agent that made the mistake

OMG! I moved into Novawood Apts in June 2015 here I am today 2025. Gone through a couple of major hurricanes. My apt would flood due to the area being a flood zone. Well long story short. Mold and mildew started setting in due to roof leaks. The old management was trash. Would not move me and kept informing me there was no mold or mildew. But my ceilings showed and told me differently. Now this new management sent out a team to examine. They confirmed yes it is mold. Immediately Stephanie got the ball rolling . I am now in a different location. Much better unit she is such an amazing property manager. Mary who works in maintenance has been such a blessing. She has gone above and beyond. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Heed my advice. I lived there for a year. I have never had such a horrible experience at an apartment complex! I had roaches, roach droppings covering the kitchen ceiling. They only have one A/C unit in the living room. It is the size a hotel uses. The bedroom and other rooms always stayed at least 80 degrees. I had to buy 2 A/C fan units just to be livable. I always had problems and had 20-30 service requests. I have them all documented along with pictures and videos. My tub had a hole in it and was caving in to the rotten wood underneath. It took them 3 service requests and over 2 months to even start the repair. The a/c unit constantly went out and leaked water into the carpet. It ruined my furniture and left the wood underneath the unit rotten , moldy and ruined . T

Jennifer and the manager there were very helpful in answering all my questions. I had plenty :) love their energy. when I make my decision when I will be moving i will be contacting them again.
