Notch at Nora Apartments

Erin is literally the best! Having moved from a place that had very little care in how the environment around the property looked, we have seen a totally new viewpoint! She is personable and keeps the property clean and smelling good! We immediately noticed the faint scent of pinesol and being able to come home to a clean building is just the best!

I absolutely love living here! It’s such a great location close to everything you need and more! Everyone is so friendly—staff (Erin is the best!!!) and neighbors. My dog loves being right off the monon, too. We love our morning and night walks!

Since moving in 2 months ago I have no complaints. Easy access to the monon and having restaurants/ shops within walking distance makes living here a big perk. Erin ensures cleanliness within the property. The entire staff here always greets me with a smiling face.

Do NOT live here. The building has serious plumbing issues. See other review in regards to this. A pipe broke in my water heater twice and I was told by maintenance that when the building was constructed it was done improperly. Those were quick fixes, no big deal. Two weeks later a large leak in the bike room. Later that week a massive flood. My apartment and my possessions totally destroyed. There are serious structural issues here, do NOT move in.

We have lived at Notch at Nora for two years and we love it here. The apartment is nice and the location by the Monon and many shops is amazing :) We moved for a city and appreciate the walkability of the area. The staff at Notch really make the apartment great. Erin takes great care of the apartments and has become a friend of my husband and I. It always brightens our day to chat with her! Kevin is also very attentive with maintenance. Overall we have loved this apartment.
