Notable Apartments

I've lived here for 3 years with my partner and our experience has been *decent* up until recently. There have been numerous inconveniences and inconsistencies with trash valet, parking information and price, laundry rooms, and ability to pay rent through the portal. However, recently it was announced that "random searches" are going to be done on individual apartments, supposedly chosen at random. It's supposedly being done to assure residents are "living within compliance" of the property. This is unacceptable behavior, especially at a time like this. This is low income housing. Meaning, single mothers, young couples, elderly folk, people with disabilities, people of color, they all live here. This is also one of the only places folks who have been to prison can live in. I moved in at the end of June after living at an apartment that was managed very poorly. It has been a breath of fresh air at Notable! It was a night and day difference with the office staff here. They are very professional and responsive to every phone call and email. Dalia and Alondra are rock stars! From touring, applying, and moving in, they made the process so great. The amenities of Notable are also incredible, especially for a low income property. I'm physically disabled so the trash valet is a Godsend!! There is a laundry facility on every floor, which is also making life much easier. The gym is large with a great range of equipment. My unit is beautiful, the grounds and common areas are well kept, overall I'm so happy that I found Notable!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently moved into my new home and couldn’t be happier! The entire move-in process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to the helpful and professional office staff who went above and beyond to assist me. The view from my apartment is absolutely breathtaking, and the amenities offered here are top-notch. I’m truly enjoying every moment in this beautiful community—highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to call home.

I moved in about a year ago and I love it here .I haven't had any issues in my apartment which I am so thankfull for. my dog has a dog park he can play in and make friends. The staff is amazing they are always great with my toddler and he loves them.
