Northwood Village Apartments

Lived here for a year and I've had such a great experience with the apartments. They're nice, clean, and well managed. The management here is so kind and open to helping. Pool and Spa are amazing and kept clean for the most part. No bugs, no rude neighbors, no loud people. There are times when the trash/recycling can get full. Overall worth the pricing, it's close to so many bus lines, Merced College, UC Merced, and Raley's shopping center.

These people are textbook thieves. Brigette the manager was unbelievably rude to my black roomate from day one. My mail was stolen (bank checks), my car was damaged in the lot, I was ripped off by their laundry-card system, they kept my entire deposit. The unit had rats and plumbing issues. Worse of all I was harassed on a daily basis by Brigette after the family of 4 next door complained about noise (I'm studying to be a musician and I play piano). These people made my life a living hell for 6mnths. TEXTBOOK THIEVES: Management misused the law to force us out our unit & when we countersued they dropped their case. This resulted in my being homeless and without money for another deposit at a new home, ultimately I had to drop out of the UC and move back home because of this. On Christma

They will use false numbers to make your income look like it is less. Don't pay the application fee. Scammers.

It was convenient for price and location, but I wouldn't consider it a "comfortable" place to live
