Northwood on the Trail

I been here for 3 years, now everybody got they own POV but I haven’t had not ONE problem since I been here. Any type of problems it’s been fixed. Communication been great. Brooke has helped me out with any and everything I needed help with questions and all. Aisha, ANYTHING that’s going on in the apartments I’m getting an email or something. I love how they keep us in the loop even if u didn’t ask. No bugs, no mice no type of rodent thing. I honestly recommend YOU get a feel of the place before feeling discouraged from reviews. I been living here and gone continue too, everything is near. Come visit.

Came by Northwood because my friend was raving about how good Aisha was and when I had the opportunity to meet her she was nice and professional. I’m so glad I decided to move here because she was an amazing person to work with. She got me in really quick and I love my apartment. Thanks Aisha for all you did for me.

I love living here, with the new company having Aisha and Brooke and Dee, they have made me feel so welcome. They were the first ones to actually get my unit together. Thank you so much Aisha! She' so friendly and professional.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at this apartment complex! The property is always well-kept, safe, and peaceful everything you could ask for in a home. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always clean and in great condition. A special shoutout to Aisha , the property manager she truly goes above and beyond for the residents. She’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about making sure everyone feels comfortable and heard. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, Aisha was quick to help with kindness and efficiency.

Since Aisha has become Property Manager at Northwood on the Trail, there has been so much improvement. All my documents are up to date , maintenance is always done on time and not to mention all the great community events ! Overall the whole team is amazing!
