I had a great time living at Northwood Manor. A ton of families live there with small kids. So if you have a family it is a great place! The only reason I am giving it three stars is because of the poor business ethics of Regency Park Apartments who owns this apartment complex. I moved out one month early of my lease but continued to pay in full my rent. They would not give me my deposit back because they claimes I "broke my lease." How in the world did I brake my lease if I paid in full my total rent due? This is just bad business and I think they have poor ethics.
Management is friendly, easy to get ahold of. I live at outlook so don't really know much about the buildings or units.
Top Notch! Very friendly and helpful here at Northwood Manor. I would definitely reccomend to anyone. Thanks! O:)
What a wonderful team! The maintenance was kind and helpful and the office was responsive.
