NEW REVIEW: I’ve lived here three months and there have been three different management companies. Not one of the three has been able to get us recycling bins. It’s 2025 and we cannot recycle here. Occasionally they’ve had the manager here all day during the week from 9 to 5. But that didn’t last. Mostly they have had people who come and go, then promise they will be here the next day before noon and aren’t here. There is no longer a portal through which you can pay your rent. You can’t have it automatically deducted. I end up putting mine under the office door using checks that I never use for anything else! There is no maintenance on the exterior. I was really enjoying living here when we first moved in. But now, the poor construction is catching up. The Wallas are paper thin, I could hear my neighbors party from TWO FLOORS BELOW. The parking lot is constantly trashed. We also saw they were offering 2bd/2baths for $1097 meanwhile we have been living here since before that offer and we pay $1600. The office is only open on Mondays. The elevator is unsafe, it is so shaky any time it goes up. It has broken down already and these apartments are brand new. They recently raised the washer/dryers from $1.75 to $2.25 and $2.00 without even warning us. These machines are extremely small. We don't even wash here anymore, we just go to Lafayette and wash there. These apartments are said to be non smoking, yet I constantly smell cigarettes and

Cheap places only good thing about here. I'm a current resident and my stove has gone out again for the third time. Can only imagine what the other residents are going through. Mondays are the only day there's someone in the office, so if something goes bad on a Tuesday you're out of luck. If you want somewhere that quick to ask for rent and slow to repair anything this is the place.

Very affordable and great area is the only good thing about these apartments, the way they built these apartments the walls are like a piece of paper, you can hear your neighbors whole conversation clear as day at night when you're trying to sleep and if they have friends over or decide to have a party you will not get any sleep. We wish we would've known how poorly they built these apartments. They look really nice but almost everyone that lives here isn't considerate of there neighbors. Power has gone out so many times. Currently they are stomping on the roof with no consideration of residence getting woken up early in the morning that haven't slept because of there loud neighbors. It's almost impossible to get sleep at Northwest Apartments. Only live here if you're absolutely desperate

During the month of December 2023 I tried 2 different times to apply for 1 of the 4 available 2bd/2bth at 50% AMI for $1328.00. Management refused to process my application for one of the 4 available units with that above mentioned AMI and price sighting that because I have a HCV (Housing Choice Voucher) that DOH (Department Of Housing) tells them to charge Voucher Holders the Standard Payment Amount of rent for that areas Bedroom size and that it is Specific to Broomfield County. DOH tells them to Charge Voucher Holders Higher Rent amounts because they have a Voucher. Again I say " She said that DOH tells them to charge Voucher Holders the Standard amount (Higher Rent Amounts) for said Unit Sizes because they have a Housing Choice Voucher".
