Northshore Woods Apartments

I’ve lived here for 2 years and I love this place. Location is A+. Plus, the management keeps the rates reasonable and doesn’t take advantage of people. The staff is incredible. Lita and Lisa in the office are very nice and great to work with. Mike the maintenance manager is always either day-of or next Day service that is always spot-on. You’d be hard-pressed to find a better team anywhere!

Small, pretty little complex in what feels like a country setting. Prices are quite a bit lower than other west Knox properties. No extra fees or parking fees. Long time residents, great maintenance and great office staff makes this one of my top 5 favorite in Knoxville. Tenants are not paying for water at this time which is a 50-100 savings every month.

I’ve lived here for a month, and I absolutely love it! Quiet, AFFORDABLE, spacious apartments. Beautiful setting. Lita is awesome. My move in process was a breeze. Happy to call this place home. Still here and just renewed a second time! Great place to live.

I quite literally can’t explain how horrible it was living here. We broke our lease after 6 months because it was so bad. A lot of roaches, mold damage, multiple water leaks, and more. There is one office lady that is very pleasant and helpful but one that is very, very rude. But you can only talk to them if you’re lucky enough to get them on the phone (they never answer the phone). Our car was hit in the parking lot by a drunk neighbor. When we confronted him about it, he lied. We heard from other neighbors that that wasn’t the first time it had happened. I wanted to write this review to warn people because for some reason, the complex has a lot of positive reviews. I read these reviews before moving in and assumed it was a great place. Quaint, calm, beautiful, & charming community tucked into an excellent area that is away from the hustle and bustle but still in the heart of everything accessible to today's necessity. A stones throw from Lakeshore Park with a Greenbelt path close to home! The maintained and spotless apartments are spacious and comfy enough to call home...
