Great place for college students and young adults. Management is very helpful and responsible. I lived in two separate units here with two sets of roommates and only had minor flaws in my units that were fixed quickly by the maintenance team. Highly recommend!!

From the first day that we met with management team we were welcomed in the complex! The application process was easy, move in was smooth, and use of their maintenance and website has been easy. Anytime we have questions, the staff are accommodating and answer all our questions. We are very pleased!!! Great place!

Have lived here for a little over a year now. Was in a 2-bed then moved to a 1-bed. Since moving to the smaller unit, things have been fine except for the noise. The buildings are old, and I am unsure if it is my specific building and the horribly loud creaking floors, but I can hear every single step my upstairs neighbor makes. It truly sounds like they will fall through my ceiling. I also believe my downstairs neighbor can hear my every step because, occasionally, they will bang violently on their ceiling (my floor) in hopes of making me stop walking? Save yourself the trouble unless you happen to get a top-floor unit. The constant creaking and noise is not worth your sanity.

I have been here for about 2 years now and from the time me and my family moved here we have felt so welcome Betsy and Maria have been awesome

I've been to this place many times over the past year. The biggest problem they have is the stairs leading up to most of the apartments are falling apart Split and missing wood. I have no experience on the inside of the apartments because I do not live there but these stairs are bad pics included.
