From the first meeting for planning to the delivery of the keys and the follow up for final details it was a pleasurable and professional experience. Build was on time and on budget. Communication was excellent. Some changes were made during the process and these were discussed and properly priced. Two years out from completion all walls, doors and rooflines are square and level. We found a home under construction and contacted Grant to see the house. On Saturday 3/13 Grant let us in and we spent the day picking floor material, carpet, cabinet stain, we even went to Medford to pick out counter top material. We told Grant we wanted the house and asked him to give us a discount if he could and he offered $10k reduction. We even discussed a plan for a shop. On Monday 3/15 we called Grant as he had not called us as promised, he said he had a full price offer from one of his sub-contractors. I told him we wanted the house. He promised to call us back and later that day Grant called and said he sold the house to his friend the Sub. This is completely unacceptable, the kind of professionalism you might encounter in a big city, not from an established family business here
