This is the smoothest financing experience I have ever had! While I will assume it is partly Guild, Alex was tremendous! Explained the process, gave us a number we could text questions to if we needed anything, tamd took time to get to know us. We closed on time and after closing, he called to say Congratulations. His assistant, Madi, was also amazing, providing us a weekly update every Monday morning with what was happening.
