Bailey is so sweet and helpful! she helped me with everything i needed to know to be able to move into an apartment ASAP! also, this complex is super quiet, you hardly see anyone around but if you do everyone is so nice! 🙂

We moved in Oct 23 and we love it very quite neighbors are friendly. It is pet friendly. it is a very clean apartment complex. Cheyenne is great if you call her for anything she gets it done as soon as possible like all apartment complexes know where is perfect, but Cheyenne does a great job of making you feel like you’re at home here very friendly, very clean. This is our first time ever living in an apartment complex and we love it here just all-around a good place. My wife is not afraid to go out at night and walk her dog she feel safe and I feel safe for her thanks for making us feel comfortable we love it Gary and Elaine Compton

I am finally seeing some much needed improvement. Way to go Ms Cheyenne! She is an excellent property manager, and things are getting done. The buildings are getting painted and the trash doesn't pile up like it used to. The rules are enforced for everybody's safety . I appreciate great management. Now if I could only get some black mulch in front of my unit and window screens. It would be so nice if we could get a pool and gym as well.

I've lived here for almost 6 months now and I love it. It's quiet, the neighbors are great and they are very pet friendly. Cheyenne, the property manager, is amazing and will help you with anything she can, and not that I've needed much, but maintenance is very good and quick to respond. The rent is reasonable and competitive. There is a laundry facility onsite that is less than half the price of a laundromat, if you don't have them in your apartment. Most of the units are updated and renovated prior to move in, and parking has never been a problem unlike other complexes I've lived in before.
