Northpointe Park Apartments

I just moved in and I’m very excited so far. The staff has been extremely helpful and welcoming, and maintenance requests for small touch-ups were handled quickly and done well. This apartment complex is a great value at a fair cost. The amenities are solid — I especially like the basketball court — and they also offer garage units, which is a big plus. Everyone I’ve met so far has been friendly, and it already feels like a nice community that I’m happy to be joining. Overall, great quality and a very positive experience so far.

the place is infested with cockroaches, rude neighbors and no maintenance team. They are backed up over 170 order for fixtures and whatever else.

We lived in this apartment for 5 years, when we moved out, they didn't refund our $926 deposit and said we still owed them $815. They want to make repairs at our expense. Although, according to the law, they must return the deposit. The apartment was undamaged and in good condition. I do not advise you to move in here. Cockroaches and mice inside.

I visited the property to inquire about an apartment for rent and approached the front desk receptionist. Unfortunately, the receptionist was extremely rude and acted as if she was offering the apartment for free. Her attitude was unprofessional and dismissive
