My recent experience has completely changed how I view Northland’s customer service. In June and July 2025, I had two returned payments due to bank issues, which caused RentCafe to disable my autopay. Management at The Lofts on Zebulon told me I could restart autopay when my lease renewed in February 2026. Instead, RentCafe automatically resumed drafting from the old bank account at renewal (7 months later), an account that has had a $0 balance since July 2025. The payment returned and I was charged a $50 NSF fee. When I spoke with the property manager and assistant manager, they both said they were unaware that autopay would automatically restart at renewal. This company does NOT care about the tenants that rent from there “ luxury” section eight apartments. Someone should file a class action lawsuit against you people. Pathetic leadership!

This company promotes bad behavior especially with leadership at Glenn perimeter I don’t take to writing reviews often, but after what my wife and I have experienced at this property, I feel it’s my responsibility to warn others and call out what I can only describe as blatant disrespect, retaliation, and incompetence from management—particularly the property manager. Let me start from the beginning. On move-in day, we were told we couldn’t smoke on our porch. Fine—I had no issue respecting the rules. But what I did expect in return was a clean, move-in-ready apartment. What we walked into was anything but: dust, no sparkle clean, obvious missed touch-ups, and just overall lack of care. Yesterday, Paula, the Community Manager at Saddleworth Green, took the time to come and see and address the issues we have been having in our apartment. She listened, she saw firsthand, took pictures, understood the miscommunication that had occurred, explained how things had gone wrong; realized that our issues needed to be addressed and resolved. She was completely understanding, forthright and respectful. She assured us that she would make sure that we would be able to get these issues resolved. We love living here! She dispelled my fears and anxiety. I apologized for my mistakes in not conveying the issues properly as well. Miscommunication was on both sides. Misunderstanding as to the what, when and how to proceed has been clarified for the future. I am grateful and thankful for her

This review is for the manager of the Brittany Apartments in FL. Andrew Pope who I had the honor of dealing with back in 2018 when I lived in San Diego has done an excellent job at answering all my questions both back in 2018 and now. Back in 2018 he was not the manager but I wished he was. He is now the manager. He went above and beyond what I expected and I know someone that lives at that complex and he has told me the renovations and upgrades to the complex are wonderful and any issue that comes up Andrew is quick to make sure it is dealt with ASAP. I look forward to living at the Brittany again and experiencing excellent management.
