I have lived in apartments owned by Northland for more than 2 years, and I cannot say enough about their professionalism and genuine care for their tenants. Whenever an issue arises, they respond quickly and make sure the issue is dealt with immediately. I would recommend Northland to anyone who is looking to live in a place where they put their tenants first, always!
We're tenants in one of Northland's buildings. I've had a lot of landlords over the years, but few as good as they are. Very accommodating and innovative during the build out process, and extremely responsive as tenants. Good people.
