Northgate Terrace

Too many roaches and bedbugs all over my mom's apt. Didn't even know about bedbugs until she had a stroke and at the hospital, they had to isolate and shower her because she had taken her own pillow that had bedbugs all over it. She was humiliated. She couldn't see well at all so she didn't know, as well.

I hate the fact that a friend of mine has to live in this place. They have many Many problems. Bugs and mold and they tell you if you tell anyone they will kick you out. This place is just a notch up from being homeless. Its sad really. I have considered writing to the news about this place only I know my friend wouldn't have a place to live at all. DO BETTER! YOUR USING GOV MONEY NORTHGATE 💰 AND YOUR TENANTS ARE BEING HOUSED LIKE ANIMALS. WORSE! I HAD TO GIVE 1 STAR AND DIDNT WANT TO GIVE THAT EVEN. 😔 😤

While speaking with residents in the lobby, laundry area, elevator, or hallways, many tenants complain about the building being infested with bed bugs. We've recently noticed them in my mother's apartment after a year of her living there. Management while knowing all about the building's infestation still managed to blame her. Just before we noticed the bed bug problem, the apartment above her flooded due to a fire and the sprinkler system going off. The water damage caused the ceiling above her bathtub to cave in causing water to pour all over her bathroom and into her living room. Months later, management still has yet to repair her ceiling and all kinds of random bugs emerge from the 2 foot hole.

Roaches, bed bugs, people that are disabled live here and I help a lady that HAS to live here! It's a shame. A pure shame!!!!! She is always itching and eat up with bugs. They told their residents if they called the news ir reported it they would be evicted!!!! This is our elderly and veterans that are living LIKE THIS! DO SOMETHING YA'LL OR PEOPLE WHO CARE WILL TURN THIS PLACE IN TO THE NEWS! 1 STAR IS NOT EVEN A COMPLMENT ITS ONLY SO WE COULD REVIEW. THESE PEOPLE ARE DYING IN BLACK MOLD AND BUGS OF EVERY KIND!!!!

Some people that live at Northgate told me since Terry quit it hasn't been the same, they want her back as their manager.
