Northgate Terrace Apartments

I would think twice before moving here if you have kids. They hired an elderly woman to care for the apartments, but she is rude and yells at everyone, especially the kids, for playing. I see most people try their best to avoid her, mostly because she will yell at you for the smallest things. I doubt the company that owns the apartment cares; there have been several complaints, but nothing has been done.

The old, mean white lady they hired is super rude; she constantly yells at the kids and will blow up on you about the smallest things, even if it's out of your control. She is always looking out her window for some poor soul to yell at, I don't know what company took over, but they really need to do something about her terrible attitude. Nobody appreciates a grown woman yelling at their children. Please do something about this.

Warning! Do not live here. First off they raise the rent the maximum at all times after your lease is up. The only reason they haven't raise it this year so far is because there was a murder in one of the units. (Google Yuba City Murder Northgate.) They will look for every excuse to kick you out so they can raise rent higher for the next person and do nothing to make the units liable. Actual greed driven slum lords.

I got an eviction from them they woukd not negotiate or accept any payments i got charged almost 8-9 thousand dollars for living there for 2yrs with normal carpet wear and tear but i got carged for dents in the front door! I know they were there before i moved in.. I suggest not moving here if you plan to have good credit or keep your good credit they will take as much money from you as they can! I would of never lived here if i could of.

My Fiance and I have lived here for a year and we are happy. The manager is the sweetest lady, she is always in a good mood and loves to talk.
