Don't ever live here. The communication sucks and I have to wait for eternity just to hear back from somebody when I try to reach out for help or anything that has to do with your apartment. Every time I talk to the people in the office. The Messengers will have a snappy attitude for no apparent reason. It's a waste of time and money.

I would not recommend renting from this company. I moved out over a month ago and have been calling repeatedly about my security deposit. By law in Massachusetts, deposits must be returned within 30 days or an itemized statement must be provided. I have received neither. Every time I call, I’m told someone will get back to me, but no one ever does. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. Future renters, be cautious….getting your money back may be a serious issue here.

Worst company to rent from. The management team is a joke they are unprofessional never answer their phones the rent is ridiculous for the box you get I would never recommend living here..

We've had 3 different property managers in the 2 years we've lived here. Contact is non-existent; property managers never answer, and if you call the main office secretaries either don't pick up or hang up on you. Management also doesn't seem to communicate with each other so no one knows what's going on. We didn't even know that we had a new property manager in April (never mind that she had left a few weeks later) until we had an issue with the rent payment app. There's a reason why the Salem apartments are the cheapest ones in town.

This is probably the worst company I’ve ever worked with for rentals. I’ve been emailing them for over a month now over properties that are available for rent and they email back once every week. I called and the woman was INSANELY rude when I asked her if I could just schedule something with her over the phone and she hung up the phone when I was trying to finish speaking through call. If you come across a rental and you want to view it/apply for it - simply don’t bother.
