The residence is perfect for me and my wife Rebecca. It is better than the 2 level apartment that we had. This one level helps us for us to be able to walk safely instead of having to go up and down stairs.

I have been renting with NUPM for about 5 months now and since the very beginning process of my application, Kayla has been so incredible to work with! She helped me every step of the way while I was applying to take over a lease agreement and has continued to help me with any issues or questions that I have! Every time I go in there to pay rent, she is kind and smiling and always remembers my name, which is so important! Also, if there are ever issues with the unit, she gets them addressed so quickly! Just yesterday I had an issue with a leaking garbage disposal and the very next day, she had Tyler out there replacing it! Also, Tyler was very prompt and was there when he said he would be there. Northern Utah Property Management is great ! Brian has great integrity! He is a good landlord and he does a great job taking care of the properties. I would recommend anyone to go to him when wanting to rent out their property and even to rent from him as a tenant. I have seen him work with people having certain issues arise and being understanding.
