I worked with this firm, specifically Mike Solt, as part of the settlement on the selling of my mother's house. He made an intimidating process (at least for me, as the seller) extremely easy--maybe too easy. LOL. He even found an issue I didn't realize WAS an issue, and resolved it as part of the process. I would heartily recommend Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement, LLC.

Sold a house using them. The payoff was not sent or not correctly. It's impossible to get a hold of the correct people. They tell you they'll fix things and don't. they tell you they'll call you and make sure everything is right. They don't. Horrible experience and now have a huge credit hit because the account wasn't closed because the payoff wasn't sent. Wouldn't recommend
