Couldn’t close a simple sale with a trust. They sub out their work and don’t want to be bothered with anything that isn’t cookie cutter. What a waste of time. They said they could close things up quickly before hand, then wasted 2 weeks doing nothing. Super negative. Negative 10 Star review.
