Wish there was a rating higher than 5 stars! Gene & Lisa have been nothing short of amazing from the jump. Lisa’s excellent customer service skills and communication were top notch. I immediately felt at ease with the whole process from our first phone call. She took the time to explain every aspect of our inspection and got our report to us in an extremely timely manner. Gene is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He patiently answered every question my husband and I had regarding the inspection process. I felt very informed after having a property inspected and took comfort in knowing that the job was done correctly. The experience started with a phone call with Lisa, Gene’s wife, the most gentle and sweet lady I could talk to in such an anxiety driven moment (buying a house). During the inspection Gene was extremely professional and knowledgeable, took his time to answer all of our questions. As first time home buyers there are many terms and procedures we are not familiar with, He made us feel comfortable by making sure we understood all the ramifications of the finds in the house.
