North Side Apartments

Marjorie Ayer is wrong. This is not a "Veteran's only" complex. She is more than likely talking about Liberty Apartments at Parkside, which is a subsidized housing complex down the road who take Veterans. Nonetheless, this has been a great place to live. Thanks Mike and Carol.

Loved the apartment itself but horrible landlord to have to deal with. Basement flooded once and no communication from her, found out from my neighbor and many of my things ruined. Door chain on door didn’t work properly, could open from the outside which is very scary as a young female living alone. When I brought it to her attention she said it was fine and no issues… refused to fix it. Endless cold showers throughout the winter. When I went to move out she ‘found’ many things wrong in my apartment and took a big chunk of my security deposit to ‘fix’ the items. Absolute lies, she is just trying to get as much money as she can. Was always difficult to deal with, do not recommend solely because of the landlord.

I had to move out in 2017 to help family members, so now I am moving back in couldn't be happier such nice people there, it is quiet and convenient being right in Canandaigua! Thank you Carol and Mike Goodman!!

We have lived here since June of 2017 and we love it here. The rent is reasonable, it has maintenance so we don't have to take care of lawn care and snow removal in the parking lots. I am so happy with this place. And the tenants we know are really nice.

not a convenient, quiet or private place to live. landlord is completely hypocritical, unable to provide fairness and doesn’t get any appliance fixed
