North Pointe Townhomes

We love living here! The townhomes are very nice and new and the grounds are always well-kept. The large 2 car garage is great! The entire management team is so friendly and nice and always has had good communication! Rent is a very reasonable price and the area is tucked away and quiet! I highly recommend choosing North Pointe Townhomes as your next home!

Cant say enough about this place. Jason the maintenance man and Jacklyn the property manager have always been extremely helpful. Anytime I need something, they take care of it in a timely manner. Plan on staying here a long time!

These townhomes are so cute and the community is well kept. The manager Jacklyn is so helpful and nice and the maintenance guy Jason does a wonderful job keeping everything running!

We had a short term lease until we found an overpriced Utah home. Jacklyn was great to work with during our entire stay and it worked out great for us. Like most other rental locations, there is a limited amount of spaces available for parking. What makes the parking situation worse are the disrespectful tenants on the South end that are running a car repair business and have taken over the back parking area. Also, we didn't appreciate the girls a few doors down that let their dogs poop in front of our unit daily. And not once did they pick it up. Also, Century Drive is a short cut from 12th Street and is very busy. This is something to consider if you have young children. Thank you.
