Richard and Lisa are the best. They both understand and will help in anyway. I have rented from Richard for 7 or 8 years now. Wouldn't want to deal with anyone else. Richard and everyone in the office are very nice. They always speak and ask if everything is going good.

Richard Banks is the worst landlord you will ever deal with. More than happy to take your money each month but does SQUAT to maintain any of his properties especially in the poor neighborhoods. Almost every tenant (me included) who I had came in contact with had vermin and bugs in their home. I can’t tell you how much money I spent replacing clothing and food that got destroyed by the vermin they were INFESTED in the home. Richard and his office lady Lisa do nothing to fix it because they don’t care about you or your well being, they just want that check at the beginning of the month. If you want to rent a place that has vermin, bugs, faulty windows, and plumbing that doesn’t work properly then Richard is your guy! Biggest scam artists there are.

I could write a book on how amazing these wonderful women are, along with Richard the owner. These amazing people GENUINELY care about their tenants. They went way above and beyond to get me in my wonderful home. Lisa and Carolyn are angels and they will never what a difference they've made in my life. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG WITH NERP!!!!

Richard banks is the best and the company is also . They really care about there tenants . My property is changing management this month and it has tore me up. These people have been so good to me and I know this new realistate company company could not do nearly as good as job as Richard and his staff. I’m going to move to one of there other properties because the fear of a new property manager freaks me out. I know there going to raise our rent.
