The buddy line was the way to go as far as submitting a repair request. It was handled promptly and Tim was excellent. He had my furnace repaired and the new part installed in less than 2 hours.

I could have not been more pleased with the extremely rapid response especially on a holiday weekend to make the necessary repairs. Thank you so much for having such an amazing maintenance staff

Maintenance responded incredibly quickly and I am thankful to have a working garbage disposal and a sink that drains before Thanksgiving.

Recently needed new clips for a kitchen cabinet shelf. Nick went out of his way to provide great customer service in providing the clips without having to file a maintenance request. The maintenance team has also been very good at completing other maintenance requests. Thanks again.
