Norhardt Apartments

I've been living here for 5 years. The first two years were good. Their new maintenance supervisor actually offered fixes to the problems that didn't seem like it was the bare minimum they were required to do. That bumps this up from one star to three.

You reached out back fast whenever I needed maintenance, thank you so much , I love living here

The front desk kept telling us to stop slamming the door, but they totally forgot that they installed an automatic door closer for the door hinge and guess what it keeps slamming! I am less speechless My father said that we’re gonna install a door closer but they said no straight up no! This is why I left a one star review 😠

The apartments are a bit dated—door and mailbox locks often jam, and there's a persistent funky smell in the building—but the great location and beautiful green spaces make it worthwhile

Living here was so comfortable, convenient, and easy. The staff was great to work with, and the buildings and living space were well maintained. It’s a wonderful place for short term and long terms stays.
