Ive had poor experiences with other property management and Nor Cal gave me hope that there are companies that work hard at keeping the tenants happy. Keep up the great work!

Nor Cal has been the absolute best property management company we have ever had. In the 5 years I’ve rented my current unit, we have had about 3-4 different ones and none have compared to Nor Cal. They have answered every issue we’ve ever had in a timely manner and are always quick to respond. They’ve also made it very easy to get a hold of someone for maintenance since they have set up portals where we can seamlessly pay rent, make online maintenance requests, and keep track of all activities from both ends. Erin and Bonnie have been just phenomenal! I have been very impressed and pleased with them and hope they will be our permanent property managers as long as I am a renter here!
