If I could give zero stars I would! Ever since Noah has taken over Trailside in Spartanburg it has been the worst experience of my life! I’ve been living there for 5 years. Terrible communication, can’t get in touch with the property manager at all, and the won’t give you their email either, I’ve put in so many work orders and they either cancel or suspend them all without actually fixing anything! Leaky doors and ceilings, when it rains it rains in my apt! Trash is all over the place, we went without lights in the parking area for 2 months the landscaping has went down the drain if any, you call to speak to someone and they promise to call you back and don’t, never anyone in the onsite office, the apts are old and falling apart! I hate it here! They’re money hungry slumlords! Theyre unpr

I AM SO UPSET BC MY MOM JUST DIED SO I WAS OUT OF WORK FOR AWHILE AND I MAKE ENOUGH TO MOVE IN AND THE REASON I GOT DENIED WAS INCOME . BUT I GOT APPROVED BEFORE THIS DENIAL AND ITS NOT FAIR.... On 10-21-24 I came home to maintenance from Noah properties, taking my belongings out of my house and sitting them on the lawn. I confronted them and asked them what they were doing. They told me that they were instructed to move out my belongings due to an eviction. I got my phone and showed them where I paid my my rent and I was current and I was not informed of any move out, then contacted their manager. The manager told them that they were at the wrong apartment and to put my things back where they found it and apologize. They gave me an email to the rent office And told me to email Erin Sweets to have this straightened out, I emailed Erin only to find that I was only being offered one month free rent at the time and nothing else. I have lived at this property for almost two years, and management has repeatedly ignored serious electrical hazards that have put my family at risk. Since the hurricane last year, my unit has experienced major wiring issues. An entire wall lost power, including outlets and lights, and all upstairs lights flicker constantly. I submitted numerous maintenance requests and called the customer service line multiple times. Maintenance repeatedly blamed light bulbs, even after all bulbs and fixtures were replaced. The issue was never resolved. The electrical system in this unit is unsafe. Power surges can be heard through the walls my fan audibly speeds up and slows down due to unstable wiring. My apartment has nearly caught fire on more than one occasion. I reported smelling something burning
