The team at 508 has been so kind, helpful and welcoming from day 1. Lynn showed us the unit and ensured the application process was as stress-free as possible. We then got to meet Leslie, who is amazing and helped us feel right at home! She has regularly checked in to see if we need anything and introduced us to the Broder team. The move was smooth, and we love our apartment. It’s comfortable, peaceful, and so well-designed; they really did think of everything. We can’t recommend 508 highly enough!

We have lived at No.508 for over 1 year and can't say enough good things about the building. Great management, very accommodating and readily available whenever you need something. Extremely friendly staff that make the place feel like home. Anytime a maintenance request was placed someone was there to fix the issue within a few hours. Building is new with beautiful amenities, great storage in the kitchen, wonderful bathrooms, every detail well thought out. The building is always spotless!

My fiance and I have lived at No. 508 for 3+ years. We keep renewing our lease because we can't imagine a better place to live in Chicago. The management and maintenance staff are incredible to work with and are extremely responsive. The apartments are stunning and the amenities are wonderful (parking garage, full gym with Peloton bikes, rooftop with grill and firepit). Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

Beautiful building, extremely well maintained. Property Manager is extremely responsive and accommodating to residents. Every maintenance issue was addressed swiftly and professionally. Highly recommend.
