Chris Dunn, is the shady used car salesman of agents! He'll say anything for a buck. We liked an apt that needed a few fixes prior to move-in. He said that the landlord knew and would address the issues prior to move-in; he even reconfirmed this multiple times when we followed up. On move-in we found out the truth: the landlord didn't know about the issues, Chris Dunn did nothing and wasn't even competent enough to acquire the full set of keys. Of course, he's disappeared now and can't be reached. Chris Dunn throws his clients under the bus. If it happened to us, it can happen to you so if Chris Dunn is your agent, run!
