Niki was a fantastic realtor. Being first time buyers we were pretty stressed about the whole thing but Niki was very informative and patient with us and made everything a lot less stressful. We were trying to buy in a seller's market so it was very difficult to, first of all, get an appointment to see a house and, secondly, have an offer accepted. Niki worked hard to get us appointments and put together offers quickly to meet short deadlines. Sometimes we would book an appointment, see the house and then make an offer all in one weekend!
