Nicole executed our home purchase flawlessly. Her knowledge of the local real estate market really helped speed things along. She was a valuable resource for everything we needed to purchase our home. She provided us a list of recommended lenders, inspectors, and even a house cleaner. She negotiated a home warranty to give us piece of mind to know we wouldn’t have to worry about any major issues with the home for a year. The only thing that held up the closing for a few days was Nicole telling the Seller that we wouldn’t close until the radon water filtration system was repaired. She saved us $2,000 on that alone.
